Purple, Blue & Crimson is the fourth studio album from Oberon Rose, released on January 20, 2023 via ThouART Records.
Work on the album began immediately after the release of their 2021 record Holographic Blues. With Purple, Blue & Crimson, the duo set out to shift their sound toward something more roots-driven while pushing further into psychedelic and experimental territory. The songs came together quickly, capturing a sense of momentum and spontaneity, with Tommy Oberon moving straight into pre-production as each track was written, allowing arrangements and textures to evolve organically alongside the material.
The album’s release was met with strong response, debuting in the Top 5 on the NACC chart and earning tastemaker radio support, including notable airplay in the UK.
