If the weight of your package is over 1 pound it will automatically ship Priority Mail.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $4.99 for First Class Mail and $7.99 for Priority Mail on all orders shipping within the US.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries.

How much does international shipping cost?

Orders to Canada ship out via USPS First Class Mail CAN or Priority Mail CAN.
If the weight of your package is over 1 pound it will automatically ship Priority Mail INT.

We charge $6.99 for USPS First Class Mail INT and $9.99 for USPS Priority Mail INT.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders ship out via USPS First Class Mail INT or Priority Mail INT.
If the weight of your package is over 1 pound it will automatically ship Priority Mail INT.

We charge $14.99 for USPS First Class Mail INT and $17.99 for USPS Priority Mail INT.

How long will it take to get my US order?

Most orders ship out within 1-3 days from purchase.

USPS First Class Mail generally takes anywhere form 3-5 biz days to arrive.

USPS Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 biz days to arrive.

How long will it take to get my international order?

Most orders ship out within 1-3 days from purchase.

USPS First Class Mail INT can take anywhere from 10-20 biz days to arrive. You receive a USPS Custom’s # which can be used for tracking.

USPS Priority Mail INT generally arrives within 6-10 biz days. You receive a USPS Tracking # with PMI.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, a Shipping Confirmation with USPS Tracking is sent once your order ships.

Will I have to pay a Customs Fee for my international order?

Possibly, your country might charge you a Customs Fee to pick up your package. This is not under the control of ThouART Records.
